DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, November 4, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Royal Art – Sculpted Luxury, an exclusive collection of extraordinary furniture and artistic creations crafted from nature’s finest gemstones sourced from around the world, welcomed a distinctive new destination as Royal Art – Sculpted Luxury unveiled its exclusive showroom in Sharjah.

Royal Art opened its first exclusive showroom on the Maleha Road in Sharjah, which brings an extraordinary selection of luxury furniture and statement pieces designed for discerning homeowners, interior designers, architects, and collectors who appreciate exclusivity and timeless elegance.

Befitting to the lifestyle of the royalty and the growing High Net worth Individuals (HNWIs) and Ultra-High Networth Individuals (UHNIs), the showroom features an exquisite range of gemstone coffee tables, side tables, console tables, luxurious beds, statement pianos, decorative cabinets, mirrors, mantel clocks, candelabras, and ornamental vases. Each creation combines the richness of natural stones with intricate sculptural detailing, transforming functional furniture into captivating works of art.

Royal Art brings the stone-crafted designer luxury art-furniture, to cater to a growing demand for sculpted luxury due to a growing HNWI and UHNI population in Dubai where properties are sold in millions of US dollars apiece.

The UAE is home to an estimated 183,000 resident millionaires, with 9,800 new millionaires projected to migrate to the country in 2026. The UAE’s millionaire population has grown by roughly 98 percent over the past decade, while Dubai’s millionaire count has surged by over 102 percent.

Amit Khaitan, Founder of Royal Art, says, “Royal Art comes to the UAE at a time when the market is ready for such novelty befitting to royalty that used to enrich the lifestyle of the kings and Maharajas in the olden days. We have joined hands to create an industry that is delivering the same heritage to the homes at a much affordable price, without compromising on the quality, authenticity and value.

“Royal Art is destined to bring the royalty to homes due to our investment that pushed this craftsmanship to an industrial scale to create the same hand-crafted pieces of art ready for the UAE’s homes, villas, mansions and palaces.”

From January through September 2026, Dubai alone recorded 412 luxury homes sold at prices above US$10 million, totaling roughly US$6.67 billion in transactions. Earlier in the first half of 2026, the city logged 320 to 296 sales in that tier.

The number of homes selling above US$10 million has grown massively from just 30 properties in 2020 to over 500 per year by the end of 2025. Dubai Land Department data published on DXB interact portal shows the Dubai ultra-luxury real estate market for villas and apartments worth Dh40 million and above brought 399 sales totaling Dh28 billion last year, up from 355 amounting to Dh24 billion in 2024.

Growth is fueled by a strong influx of HNWIs and a net-millionaire migration into the country.

“Every home holds a version of its owner’s dreams. For some, it is a place of quiet comfort; for others, a celebration of achievement. For me, it inspired a question: could the extraordinary beauty of natural gemstones become part of everyday living?,” says Amit Khaitan, a chartered accountant, a business leader in his own right and the Vice-Chairman of the Dubai Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India..

“That question became the beginning of The Royal Art — Sculpted Luxury. Working with stone over the years, I came to appreciate how nature creates patterns, colors and character that no human hand can precisely repeat. I dreamed of bringing that beauty into homes through furniture, artefacts and decorative objects—pieces that serve a purpose while inviting the attention we usually reserve for art.”

Rajasthan, which means the ‘The Place of the Kings’, carries the legacy of the richness of India’s royal culture and heritage. It is one of India’s richest regions for natural stone, famous for its vast quarries, centuries-old architectural heritage, and skilled stone-carving traditions.

From the deep emerald tones of malachite and the royal blues of lapis lazuli to the warm translucence of honey onyx, the collection celebrates some of nature’s most extraordinary materials. Elaborate brass and gold-toned sculptural accents further enhance the grandeur and individuality of these creations.

More than a conventional furniture showroom, Royal Art presents a world where luxury meets artistry. Whether creating an impressive centerpiece for a grand living room, furnishing an elegant residence, or selecting a distinctive collectible, visitors can explore creations that bring personality, sophistication, and a sense of royalty into their spaces.

At The Royal Art, materials such as malachite, lapis lazuli and onyx offer their own palette and personality. A table becomes a centerpiece for conversation. A vase brings depth and character to a favorite corner. The stone’s natural variations give each creation an individuality that is central to its appeal.

The UAE felt like the natural home for this dream. Its international outlook, appreciation of ambitious design and culture of welcoming people into beautiful spaces resonate with what Royal Art hopes to create.

Shriram Gaud, Founder of Royal Art, says, “We found ourselves aligned in our appreciation of craftsmanship and our ambition for the concept. Together, we began shaping a venture that would bring this expression of luxury to the UAE.

“Our starting point was an opportunity we saw in the market. Luxury has recognizable names in jewellery, watches, fashion and interiors. We felt there was room for a dedicated identity celebrating precious and semi-precious stone as functional art. Our ambition was to create a first-of-its-kind destination in the UAE, bringing gemstone furniture and decorative artistry together under one vision.

Rakesh Khaitan, CEO of Royal Art, says, “Our own manufacturing facilities allow us to give every detail the care it deserves, from the first design to the final finish. Each creation brings together artistic vision, skilled handwork and a sense of royalty, with the flexibility to craft something personal for each client.

“The UAE is our launch-pad for the rest of the Middle East where we see a growing demand for our products.”
