Namdong-Gu, September 29, 2026 — SEAIN IND Co., Ltd. (“SEAIN IND”), a South Korea-based manufacturer of automotive washers and precision press components, announced that it will participate in the International Fastener Expo 2026, scheduled to take place from October 7 to 9 at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, Arizona.
The event will begin with an industry Summit on October 7, followed by the main Expo exhibition on October 8 and 9.
Founded in 1988 and currently headquartered at the Namdong National Industrial Complex in Incheon, South Korea, SEAIN IND has built nearly four decades of expertise in mold design and high-volume press production for the automotive fastening component supply chain.
The company currently operates 55 press machines, with a monthly production capacity of up to 400 million units. Its manufacturing operations are supported by an IATF 16949-certified quality management system and MES-based production traceability.
SEAIN IND’s product portfolio includes general-purpose washers such as flat washers, conical spring washers and wave washers, as well as special washers and precision press components requiring tighter tolerance control. These products include back-up rings, valve washers, needle roller washers and caps.
In recent years, the company has expanded its precision stamping capabilities into copper busbars for electric vehicle battery packs, combining stamping and bending technologies to manufacture busbars in a variety of shapes and specifications.
In South Korea, SEAIN IND supplies Tier-1 bolt and nut manufacturers serving domestic automakers. Overseas, the company supplies fastener components to Tier-1 fastener manufacturers operating within global OEM supply chains, with export experience that includes the United States and Japan.
SEAIN IND also operates its U.S. subsidiary, SAC Fastener Inc., which supports customer communication and local supply response across the North American market.
Through its participation in International Fastener Expo 2026, the company aims to further strengthen its presence in North America and establish direct business connections with international buyers in the fastener and automotive parts industries.
SEAIN IND’s expansion into copper busbars also reflects its broader strategy to move beyond its traditional washer business and increase its presence in the future mobility component sector. The company’s busbar-related technology received an Excellence Technology Award at Hyundai Motor’s 2025 Tech Day.

At its exhibition booth, SEAIN IND plans to showcase its lineup of standard and special washers alongside copper busbars for EV battery packs. The company will also hold on-site meetings with overseas buyers throughout the three-day event.
